WebSupport is provided via phone, email, online form and live chat Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm, and limited evening and weekend support response via email. [Note: Beginning in Fall 2016 we will extend our daily hours until 6:30 pm and increase evening and weekend services to include live chat.] WebThe Chat tool in Canvas allows students and teachers to interact in real-time. Instructors can use the chat tool to allow students to contact them when online, create virtual office hours, conduct group discussions or study sessions.
