WebApr 5, 2024 · Hi All, since restarting did not solve the problem, you probably have installed the clock face while Fitbit Services were facing problems. My suggestion therefore would be: 1. Deinstall Bitmoji and install a Clock Face developed by Fitbit itself. 2. After that restart your Versa. 3. Reinstall Bitmoji Clock Face again. Hope this helps.
